"finding": "A second, structurally different mechanism instance from Theorem 1's cardiovascular non-identifiability. Fixing ventilation status does not collapse the respiratory score to a constant -- it still varies with PF ratio across all five tiers. The real effect: for PF in [100,300), the official score depends on ventilation status directly, and two patients with identical PF in [100,200) receive different official scores (3 vs 2) purely because one is ventilated. The current PF-only implementation's aggregate error rate (4.7%) is modest largely because ventilation and low PF are highly correlated in this cohort (93.4% of the ambiguous zone is ventilated) -- the simplification works by coincidence in most cases, not by being equivalent to the official rule."
