"finding": "The pre-registered falsification condition was met: F's action-recoverability AUROC (0.914) did not stay near D's (0.792) -- it exceeded even A_full's (0.900). Meanwhile F's mortality AUROC recovered only about 62% of D's already-small 0.009-point gap to A (0.006 of 0.009). Two purely temporal treatment-history features (duration on vasopressor, time since last dose-tier change) are, on their own, more predictive of the next vasopressor decision than the entire physiology-plus-severity state (variant A), consistent with and sharpening the treatment-persistence mechanism already identified in Experiment 5's offset-decay curve. Explicit disentanglement, as specified here, does not avoid the action-recoverability problem -- it reintroduces it, because the added history features are themselves the persistence signal. Reported as the actual result, not reframed to fit the hypothesis."
